Kate & John welcome you to our family run hotel located within
the beautiful old village of Shanklin. We are but two minutes
walk from the "olde worlde" centre of the village with
its many thatched buildings including inns, tea rooms, restaurants,
craft and gift shops.

New owners Kate & John Tuppen bring to the
Birkdale over 10 years of experience in catering in Devon &
Dorset. We pride ourselves in offering the very best of home-made
food produced, where possible, from local produce.
