Situated on St Boniface downs, elevated above the historic village of Bonchurch, your country house retreat is ideally situated for coastal and downs walks - yet convenient for Ventnor and Shanklin.

In the cooler months [open all year] you can relax in front of the open log fire and enjoy a drink or wine from our well stocked cellars. Our extensive gardens are a welcome point of relaxation whilst you watch the tranquil activity of the shipping on the English Channel. Or why not have a dip in our heated outdoor pool with air jet spa seat for added relaxation. [May to Sept]

Dining again takes advantage of the Sea view back ground serving tasty home cooked food using Island grown and farmed produce wherever possible. Vegetarian and special diets are catered for.

All rooms have en-suite shower, from most you will enjoy sea views. Extensive refurbishment has seen the addition of luxury rooms including a four poster suite, ground floor suite with private parking and the new deluxe balcony suite.

Secure off road parking with level access to ground floor rooms available.
