Blackpan Cottage is situated well off the main road, with views of the surrounding countryside and downs.

All rooms are gas central heating, some with double glazing, some with secondary double glazing.

Blackpan Cottage has 2 double bedrooms, one twin (i.e. with 2 single beds) and a small single room.
One of the doubles is en-suite and is self-contained on the ground floor.
There are 2 other bathrooms in the main house, one upstairs and one downstairs.
Parking is available for at least 3 cars.
The back garden is completely enclosed and totally safe for children to play.

Gas, electric, water and all bed linen are included in the price, but there is an extra charge for bath or hand towels.

A deposit of £100 is payable upon booking - balance due 21 days prior to the start of your holiday
Pets are allowed but kept on the ground floor only and any fowling must be cleared up please.
