The Edgecliffe is located along the town's famous cliff walk approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and the many attractions of Shanklin.

All rooms are ensuite and comfortably furnished with colour television, hairdryer, shaver points, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

The Edgecliffe is situated in a quiet location with some excellent views. There is a secluded garden in which to relax, a cosy lounge with a wide selection of books and videos and a spacious dining room with views of the garden.

Guests can also enjoy drinks from our small and well-stocked bar.

Families are most welcome.

A combination of Single, Double, Triple and Family rooms are available on a Bed & Breakfast or a Bed & Breakfast and Evening Meal basis.
We also have a four poster double room for those special occasions .

     B&B from £25 - £33 per person per night

     Weekly B&B rates from £150 - £210 per person per week

PreBooked Half Board rates from £230 - £270 per person per week

  Evening Meal £11.95 per person plus the applicable B&B rate per person per night -
if arranged on a day to day basis.
