| The Edgecliffe is located along the town's
famous cliff walk approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the beach
and the many attractions of Shanklin. All rooms are ensuite and comfortably furnished with colour television, hairdryer, shaver points, and tea and coffee-making facilities. |

The Edgecliffe is situated in a
quiet location with some excellent views. There is a secluded garden in
which to relax, a cosy lounge with a wide selection of books and videos
and a spacious dining room with views of the garden. Guests can also enjoy drinks from our small and well-stocked bar. Families are most welcome. |

| A combination of Single, Double, Triple and
Family rooms are available on a Bed & Breakfast or a Bed & Breakfast
and Evening Meal basis. We also have a four poster double room for those special occasions . The Edgecliffe is a non-smoking establishment. |
