Nick & Stella offer you a warm welcome to The Lawns, a fully licensed family run guest house, which is completely NON-SMOKING, in the popular resort of Sandown, Isle of Wight. In 2009 The Lawns was awarded AA Highly Commended 4 Stars for its achievement in providing high quality accommodation.

The Lawns was built in 1865 and has ample parking and with only a stroll to the beach you can leave your car in the safe knowledge that our premises are protected with CCTV.

The house has a mixture of Superiors, Four Poster, Double & Twin & Family Ensuite rooms.The bedrooms are furnished with Flat Screen televisions, hospitality trays, hairdryers and heating for all year round accommodation. There are also ground floor ensuite bedrooms available.

The Lawns was awarded in 2008 the highest rating of 5 Stars for Food Hygiene and Safety by Isle of Wight Environmental Health and also features in the AA's Best of Bed & Breakfast Guides 2008 & 2009.
