Nick & Stella offer you a warm welcome to The Lawns, a fully licensed family run guest house, which is completely NON-SMOKING, in the popular resort of Sandown, Isle of Wight. The guest house is of a high standard and offers great value for money.

The Lawns was built in 1865 and has ample parking for over 15 cars, and with only a stroll to the beach you can leave your car in the safe knowledge that our premises are protected with CCTV.

The guest house has a mixture of family, double & twin ensuite rooms. The bedrooms are furnished with colour televisions, hospitality trays and heating for all year round accommodation. There are also ground floor ensuite bedrooms available.

Also available are cots, highchairs, sterilisers, baby monitors, disposable bibs and bottle warmers.

Children can play safely watching the fish in the ponds, while Mum and Dad laze in the charming south west facing gardens which enjoy the sun for many hours of the day.

We will do all we can to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
