Maple Leaf Cottage is a solid stone building close to the sea in a convenient setting with good access to transport links. The cottage has one double and one twin bedroom and will sleep up to four people, or six using the sofa bed in the front reception room. For larger parties you could book both Miramar and Maple cottages together.
There is a bathroom and separate WC, the bathroom also has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a quiet garden with patio area and barbecue equipment.

There are many countryside and coastal footpaths close by. A pretty courtyard garden with sea views is to the rear of the property and the front of the cottage faces the famous St Boniface Down, which is now National Trust Downland providing a rich haven for wildlife and offering some of the most spectacular walks on the southern side of the Island.

The pretty village of Bonchurch is only a ten minute walk away and Ventnor Town Centre with its local shops, supermarket and beach are only a further 15 minutes away.

Prices range from £295 per week to £530 pounds per week.

Rates quoted are per week from Saturday to Saturday, occupation from 3pm vacation by 10am.

All gas and electricity are provided in the cost.
Duvets are provided, however visitors will need to bring own linen and towels.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building and pets cannot be accommodated in the property.
Parking is on road.
