Northmead is located in the West Wight, on the fringe of the hamlet
of Bouldnor, which lies directly to the East of the Island's Western
most yachting centre, Yarmouth.
Situated on the seaward side along the main connecting road between
Yarmouth and Newport, the A3054, it can easily be found.
Leaving Yarmouth in direction Newport, follow the A3054 for about
three quarters of a mile, passing the Bouldnor carpark cum Solent
Viewpoint on your left, until you see the first open grass land
on your right.
You will find "Northmead" opposite the far end of the
field.

If coming from the opposite direction, first look out for the
"Horse and Groom" pub in Ningwood. It is about 2 miles
to go from there. As you get nearer, look out to your left for a
large white cottage with a thatched roof and a thatched gate through
the stone-walled front garden. You will find "Northmead"
on your right in about 200 yards from there.

Also, please note that the road we are on goes by many different
names: Bridge Road, Tennyson Road, Bouldnor Road, Yarmouth Road,
Forest Road, Main Road .... to name but a few ! |
Arrival and Departure:
ARRIVAL TIME: Not before 3.30 PM, unless specifically arranged
and confirmed beforehand.
DEPARTURE TIME: Before 11 AM, unless specifically arranged and
confirmed beforehand.
Pricing:
Babies and Toddlers, up to 2 years of age : Free of charge
Children aged between 3 and 8 years old : £ 12.00 per night
Children aged between 9 and 14 years old : £ 20.00 per night
Adults and children of 15 years and older : £ 35.00 per
night (based on double occupancy)
Single Adult : £40.00 per night *

Above prices are our standard prices. Discretionary discounts may
be available to those staying out of season and to those staying
more than 2 nights depending on the length and composition of your
