Brambles Chine is a beautiful countryside Estate, set in a conservation
area of natural scientific interest.
The safe sandy/pebble beach, with views of The Needles and The Solent,
is for the private use of bungalow owners and their quests (2-3
mins walk). If you walk along the beach (if the tide is out) towards
Colwell Bay (approx 5-10 mins), you will come to a few nice beach
cafés, serving home cooked food (Crusoe's Café being
our favourite).
Totland Bay can be reached via the promenade, approx 10-15 mins
walk from Crusoe's Café.
Our bungalow is fully double-glazed, has a well equipped, fitted
kitchen with gas cooker, cooking utensils, full crockery and cutlery,
fridge, microwave, and ironing facilities but no washing machine
and no dishwasher. |

There is a private Launderette room for bungalow owners
and their guests.
Hot water is provided by a multi-point gas boiler, which gives continual
hot water. Room heating is electric - electric fire in the lounge,
convector heaters in the bedrooms. There is a carbon monoxide detector
fitted in kitchen.

The bungalow is nicely decorated throughout and
furnished in antique pine to give a 'home from home' atmosphere.
- 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin)
- Walk-in shower room (no bath), shampoo spray, basin and toilet.
- 32" Flat Screen TV with Free View, & VCR
- Cleaning is done by our cleaners/caretakers Mr. & Mrs.
Millard, with the bed linen prepared for your arrival.
- Towels are not provided.
- Car parking is right outside the bungalow.
- Electricity is by £1 coin meter for lights and heating
We regret No Pets allowed in the bungalow.
No Smoking in accordance with the new regulations.
On warm spring/summer day/evening, it’s nice to sit out
on the patio, (patio chairs provided) preferably with a glass
of chilled wine or two and watch the boats sail by or admire the
beautiful sunset.
The Round the Island Yacht Race (May or June time) can be viewed
from our bungalow.
Tariff:
Low season from £140 - High season from £440
Prices are per week for 2-4 persons only, this includes linen,
and gas for cooking and hot water.
